MA The department is actively involved in organising and teaching the intercollegiate. MA in german taught centrally at the institiue of german studies by staff from all the german department with in the univeristy of london.Some MA student come straight form undergraduate degree but many are retruning to study and using the course to revitalise their knowledge and skills.The MA also provides appropriate traning for MPHIL OR PHD research.This course aims to provide a traning in scholry method and analytical technique as well as introduce you to methods and procedures not covered at undergraduate level.
COURSE CONTENT
You will take one major module and two minor modules
The german language in the twentieth one major comprises the following.
Regualtion and codification of the language , Duden , siebs, orthographical reform, purism, Language and power national socialism the german democratic republic , language in adverting.
